In 1987, the English Choir was formed with the leadership of Ms. Ofelia
Tulay.
With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Choir was gradually formed by
seven filipinos, with the assistance of two Pauline nuns, Sr. Elena ( deceased ) and Sr. Dominique.
The Choir group is mainly a group of Apostleship of Prayer based at
Centre 5 ( St. Alfred's Church ) and regularly serving the English Mass at 9am every Sunday and Tagalog
Mass every 2nd and 4th Sunday at one o' clock in the afternoon. At present, the choir is
continuously serving the Mass. Now, we have approximately 30 active members.
